On behalf of Freedom from Hunger, we would like to thank all of our current donors for their generosity and support. Here is one of their stories.

Recently, I began to think about my Will and to get clearer on what I want as my legacy. I have two goals that I want to achieve. First, I want to provide important resources for my family and those that I care deeply for. In particular, I want to make sure that those I love have the opportunities they need to become independent and live a fulfilling life, including sufficient resources for a good education as well as funds in case of a crisis. Second, and equally important to me, I want to continue to help make the world a better place after I am gone. In that regard, my focus is on helping to provide support for organizations and programs that have a proven track record on social justice issues, particularly children’s issues, health care and poverty reduction in the U.S. and globally. That’s why I have included a bequest to Freedom from Hunger in my Will. I am confident that my gift will be a sound investment, because I know how much Freedom from Hunger is able to accomplish with a modest amount of money, how far every dollar can reach, and how many lives they can touch.
